Depressed over breakups

The world is dark. Nothing seems pleasant anymore. There is no one to share the good times anymore. This feels like the end. These thoughts might come to mind after a breakup with someone you cared for. But this is not the end.

Your feelings are perfectly normal. We all have been through it, don't think you are the only one with these feelings. There is hope and there is good news.

The good news is, you are going to fall in love again. You are going to have the joy back into your life.

You experience is going to bring you to a bigger and better love.

I promise.

But first at this time you need to revitalize.

Here is how;

- You need to take care of yourself

- Pamper yourself the best way you know

- Go shopping, get new magazines, find the latest fashions, looks, ...

- Take a hot bath, join sports clubs, ...

- Take an art class, join a dance class, ...

- Help a non-profit organization, do volunteer work at the local hospital, church, library, preschool, ...

- Don't give-up. The feelings you have is perfectly normal. We all understand it.

- Talk to people about it. Clearly state that you broke up.

- Use sense of humor. Laugh about it, and tell people I broke up, but hey it is not the end of the world.

- I will find someone better.

- and you will.

- This breakup is a great life experience. Cherish your experience, then give chance to open up to your own love, and another love to come to your life.

- Share your feelings, then move on with your life

- Be happy with yourself

- What is your passion in life? Find it, hold on to it, help people, explore the things you like to find out.

- Learn to love yourself

- Accept yourself with all the flaws

- Aim your life destination to get highly confident about yourself

- Read books, check into,.... Books/Psychology, Books/Spirituality.

Check into, ... on how,  - Learn to love yourself.

Check into,... What is my passion
