Dear Jenna, I am tired of moving and coping with changes. Any advice?

Dear frustrated and tired of moving,

Change of environment, being away from family and friends, getting to know things and places all over again, is an overall stressful matter added to your life.

Stress will bring many negative aspects to your health and productivity that is not needed.

I'll say it is very hard to be on the road, pack and go, but there is a way out.

Think of yourself as pioneers, think of obstacles as opportunities in disguise. Look for the positive in every move, and collect the best for your memory.

I don't want to preach. I know that moving is very hard, but I like you to set your mind to see the good things surrounding that move. The moving matter will be less stressful when you look for new experience and adventure in it.

Think of packing your stuff as staying active and getting in shape. Getting rid of clutter is another positive thing in this matter. Make a list of the places you can visit and have fun at the new place. Take advantage of visiting museums, artifacts, finding about the culture, food, and many more.

Therefore, think of positives about your moving is a solution to make your life pleasant.
