Shopoholic, what is the answer?

An average woman spend 1000-1500$ hundred dollars a year on personal shopping.

If you are spending out of your budget, or pilling up the things that ends up in the closet only, or can't say no to the things you don't need, and shop constantly, then you fall into this category.

Managing your shopping spree:
- have a budget in mind
- write everything down
- buy only what you need
- be your own friend

- make sure you are following the rules for your good
- get rid of credit cards, or keep them in a safe
- don't carry too much cash with you

Know what to buy:
- know your style, your colors
- buy for your size and prefer a half size larger
- buy to coordinate, and compliment the things you already have
- if in doubts, don't buy
- If you don't like it, return it

Looking into the real matter, meaning not to shop because:
- you are sad, depressed, or need a way out
- have nothing to do
- find the real matter that is bothering you
- solve the real matter that is bothering you

Start your mission by separating the things you need and use from the things you don't use and need.
If you haven't used it for more than a year, it means you don't need it.
Give the things you don't need to the charity.
Then follow the rules.

Switch your thoughts on reorganizing, redecorating, recycling, and simplicity.
