People have studied dreams since the dawn of recorded time. We all dream frequently every time we go to sleep. Dream time is very crucial and necessary to people's mental health. Research has shown that dream is good for stress management. Many become cranky, annoyed, impulsive, and hostile when deprived of dreaming for several nights. Our first dreams of the night tend to be rather dull and trivial, mostly having to do with things that we have done during the day. In later sleep period, dreams become more unusual, more vivid, more colorful, easier to remember, and sometimes more anxiety driven. With the exception of nightmares, most of
our dreams are rather ordinary. Psychologists generally assume that you can stimulate your creativity through dreams. You can demand your brain to look for an answer to your desired questions. It has been shown that writers, musicians, painters, physicist, any many more get their inspiration in their dreams. Some people don't recall their dream, but if you consciously demand and think about it, the dreams will lead you to your reality. Dreams will give you hints which for some it is easy to interpret to the answer they are looking for. - When your conscious does not agree with the
desired situation unpleasant dreams will occur. This shows a direct connection between the real balance in our lives with the dreams we get. You can control your dreams by having a
good balance in life.
