The Magic Key is,.... How to be Super Organized

1- Everything in it's Place. Make sure you have a certain place for all your belongings, and an easy access in time of need.

2- Avoid Clutter. Have a routine check-up on all your closets. If you don't need it, or have not used it, please give it away. So there will be a place for something you need to come in.

3- Nice & Clean Place. If you put everything back in it's place when finished with it. The place always looks nice and neat. Then have a routine clean-up at least once a week. It will be considered as light work-out.

4- Plan ahead. Every night write down your to do list. A clear action plan to lead you to accomplishment. If any of goals didn't finish, simply transfer them to tomorrow's list.

5- Create systems. It doesn't matter what kind as long as it works for you and you have an organized system.

6- Set priorities. What is important comes first. This will make it easy for decision making and not to waist time.

7- Separate the Tasks. Make a separate list for family, work, and all-together of what you like to achieve. Write down long term goals and immediate ones. Then transfer them as priorities to get there in to do lists.

DAILY RUSH. - Get a jump start the night before. Select yours and your kids outfit, see what kids like to have for breakfast, have lunch bags ready to go. This way you are way ahead of schedule.You can relax and enjoy quality time with your family.

- Get up early, enjoy a cup of coffee and catch your daily news. This way you have time to get ready hassle-free.

- Wise Selection for your wardrobe according to your style is one of the key ingredients to make the day.

MEALS PREPARATION -  Every week make a list of daily menu and post it up. Don't leave the shopping for food to the last minute. Prepare ahead of time as much as you can. Then when it is time to cook, you only need to put them together. Have healthy snacks always handy for kids, hubby and yourself for an easy access.

- Make school lunches in the evening while preparing dinner. 

- Have a good, nutritious selection of ready to go breakfast to choose from for a healthy daily start.

 

BLUE DAYS - No one is perfect. No one has the highest energy all the time. Please, make sure you note this down. Being organized is one of the keys to let you plan ahead and save time for you to be able to relax and take advantage of your days a bit more. Being organized does not mean to put pressure on you, or to expect everything to be perfect.

We are human, naturally we get tired. Some days we have low energy level than usual. Try to relax and enjoy the day. You can relax no matter where you are or what you need to do.

- For your own sake, remember to say "NO" if you don't want to add something to your schedule. Whether it is on your personal time or any other projects that you have planned.

Preparation to achieve the goal. They say luck happens when preparation meets the opportunity. Education, broad education including personality development, exercise self-discipline, develop moral and spiritual character. Knowledge from contacts, associations, being resourceful and from observation.

Good Health. We are human, physical being. You need to find the balance between exercise, nutrition, and good diet. Getting plenty of rest and fresh air. Getting Healthy & Staying Fit needs a good knowledge of what is what.

Positive thinking. Most "successful" men do think constructively. Always keep up a good, positive mental attitude.
