 I am 35. I feel mentally and physically exhausted. What is the natural therapy for burnout?

Burnout is a cause of all the problems you have pilled up and left it without facing to deal with it in a perfect way, so it won't be a problem for you anymore.

- look into your life carefully. See if there was a major problem, or change, or dramatic event in your life. What is holding you back to be completely happy?

- Find the roadblock. Give 10 minutes of your busy schedule every day to concentrate on the roadblock and find ways to solve it.

- Meditation is a great help. Practice at least 15-20 minutes every night before going to bed.

- Listen to relaxing, soothing music at time of stress.
