BAD BREATH

Bad breath is often simply the result of something you ate or drink. Some individuals with gingivitis or cavity problem may suffer from bad breath.

Lifestyle changes: Watch your diet closely to see which food does not agree with you. Avoid smoking.

Dietary changes: Squeeze fresh lemons in water and drink 3-5 cups daily.

Helpful Nutrients: The best remedy is t chew on fresh parsley or dill seeds. Add couple of cardamon seeds while making hot tea, let it soak well. Chew the cardamon seeds.

Helpful Herbs: A helpful herbal digestive aid consists of equal parts of: Dandelion, Gentian, Cardamom, and Fennel.

Make a decoction by boiling the dandelion and gentian roots in 11/2 pints of water for 10 minutes. Reduce to 1 pint. Toss in the cardamon and fennel seeds, cover, and steep for another 10 minutes. Use one ounce of the total combined herbs, and drink up to 3 cups daily.
