It is certain that when you think of something that you have to do becomes harder. We have done an extensive study from career women, moms, and celebrities.  The research shows that almost 75% of women don't enjoy doing exercise regularly.

First thing to know is that you are not alone.

This is what others said:

- I am too busy to find a steady schedule

- The truth is I am too lazy.

- I find any excuses to avoid exercise

- I like running, but I don't feel safe running outside.

- I did not learned it as a child. Now it is difficult for me to learn.

- I get bored after a while and I leave it.

- I feel that I am too fat to join fitness clubs, everyone is going to make fun of me.

- I don't see a major difference or any fitness change and I leave it.

- I can't do it by myself.

Now think about it. If you fall into one or combination of the things said. Let get answer for once and all.

- I am too busy to find a steady schedule. Busy schedule; There is a time for everything when you set your mind to it. Write down your daily schedule in your calendar. Make sure you find the time for your exercise. Then you know now is the time for my exercise. Manage your whole schedule with getting your exercise done in it.
Just do one little thing everyday and add more, just do it. Take a walk, find a partner to walk with, listen to the music, dance, join a health club, get motivated by thinking about being active.

- The truth is I am too lazy. I find any excuses to avoid doing it. Too lazy; Start with walking. Take a radio or CD player with you. Listen to your favorite music. The joy of fresh air. A good therapy of listening to music. You won't feel lazy anymore. You need to erase the word lazy from your life.

- I like running,  but I don't feel safe running outside. It is obvious to avoid something when you don't feel safe. To bring a safe statement of mind secure the places you choose. You need to find fairly busy streets. Avoid alleys or late nights, or early mornings. Find places that other people run. If outside running is not safely available to you, then get an exercise machine and run at the safety of your home.

- I did not learned it as a child. Now it is difficult for me to learn. It might be harder for those who didn't learn it earlier, but it is never too late to learn now. Get started with some research first. Pick up some fitness magazines, books, video tapes. Look into it on a regular bases. See which activities fit your style. Do more research on it. And start with basics, then develop to advance. You don't have to be perfect, just do your best, to stay healthy and fit.

- I get bored after a while and I leave it. A good tip is to find couple of different exercises to avoid getting bored. Your type need variety. Join a fitness club and go with walking, swimming, running, aerobics, use variety of exercise machines, and weight lifting. Dancing has shown a great improvement for this type. Sign up with your favorite dance classes.

- I feel too big to join fitness clubs. You need to concentrate on your health and fitness. No one is sitting around to look at your figure. No one is judging, even if you had a bad experience before. It is time to get fit for your health. Do not compare yourself with any shapes or sizes. If you don't judge yourself, no one else will.

- I don't see a major difference and I leave it. You need to see the results. The truth is maybe you are looking in a different direction. You will get results by being consistence and steady, regular schedule. If you are looking to lose weight keep this in mind. For every 10 pounds, you will lose only 1 inch on overall your entire body. (For every 10 pounds, it is one inch lost from the entire body). The other results are; your breathing gets better, muscle tissues stay younger, and overall body stay healthier. So, stay with it.

- I can't do it by myself. Find a trainer, ask fitness clubs, ask a friend to join you. Find someone to motivate you. Learn to get motivated by doing it. Find fitness programs on TV. Get fitness tapes, invite friends to do it with you. Then learn to be your own friend and do the exercise without feeling alone.
