Question:  At company meetings I get extremely nervous of not knowing everything, or get embarrassed by answering wrong.

Answer: No one knows everything.

It is a simple rule to follow. Be very alert.

- Observation is the key to understand the situation around you.
- Listen well to get inform of what is happening.
- Make notes to collect your own thoughts and others.

When asked about something, search your memory and answer to your best knowledge. Then if you are not completely satisfy, say that you will do more research on it and will get back to them.

They say silence looks like knowledge. If you don't know about the subject, don't ask too many questions, and volunteer no answer.
