Question: All I do is try to help, but my co-workers get angry at me. What is wrong with me?

Answer: When going to someone else's territory without being asked, you will be greeted as an invader.

You don't need to help them, if they haven't asked for it.

If you think they fall. let it be. Then they come back to ask for it.

Until then let them do it on their own.

Don't do other peoples job for them.

People need to learn the process by doing what they need to do at their own pace.

Ask your coworkers if they need help.

Let them know if they need help you can find solutions.

Let them come to you in times of need.
