Question: I get bombarded with doing too many things. I can do it, but I get frustrated. What should I do?

Answer: Concentrate on the things that you can do best.

Use your energy hours on priorities and the important tasks.

Then move to the appointments and calls.

Expect realistic goals from yourself. You don't need to get things done at the same time. Do things one at a time. If the projects are not going done well or on time ask for help.

Don't put all the pressure on yourself to make things happen.

Let people know what you can do, and what you can't, or what you don't want to do.

Ask for help in the areas you need help. People feel good and important if you ask their help.

Too many people undercut their own efforts by attempting excellence in all endeavors.

Let some things slide, give attention to things that fulfill you more.

Get the frustration out by switching your thoughts on the things you like to do.
