Question: It has been a long time I haven't gotten a raise. Should I move on to another job?

Answer:

Is this the job you like to keep or not?

If your answer is "YES", then to get what you want, you need to ask for it.

It is possible that people will recognize your potential and give you the raise, but it is not likely. To earn what you wish is to ask for what you want.

You might get two answers to your question "YES" or "NO".

If the answer is yes, accept it graciously.

If the answer is no, accept it graciously. But look into the alternatives, determine what obstacles, if any, present themselves, and prepare an answer to each. Set a later date to ask again.

When non of the above works to keep you happy. Then find a job that gives you a better feedback on what you do
